About Shweta :
Ms. Shweta Sood holds a Bachelor of Arts and Law degree from JEMTEC School of Law, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and was admitted to the Bar in 2021. Shweta was associated with Obhan Mason and has also worked as an IP Associate at a leading Delhi law firm. In this role, she primarily managed trademark prosecution matters, including oppositions, rectifications, cancellations, domain name disputes, and representation before the Indian Trade Marks Registry.
At the firm Shweta is a Senior Associate and has extensive experience in trademark portfolio management for clients across diverse industries, including food and beverage, e- commerce, retail, lifestyle brands, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, and construction.
